My hair is dirty blonde, thin, and shoulder length. I have to pull my hair up every day for work, so I need a hairstyle that will work in a rubber band also. But I want something stylish, also. Right now my hair is just... Blah. Help me! Please!!!

get it layered, and maybe a body wave. That will make it look fuller. with a body wave, it's relatively easy to care for.
