i try scrunching it, but it isn't as easy as it was when i had longer hair.

You have a natrually pretty face..so why not show it off? I'm not sure how thing your hair is...but perhaps a bit of scrunching/curling in a cute messy bun. Even just a bit of curling would be pretty. It looks to fake flat...as if it was flat-ironed and matted down. I'm honestly not sure if this is the case or not, but anyhow, have fun with it! Make it look free. I like wearing it down but maybe a high ponytail would look nice as well. A clip holding the top-pieces in a half-back? Any of those is fine. Try to take some of it away from the face otherwise it looks a bit severe. Good luck!
