My hair is curly and i want it straight?

I use gental treatment a relaxer for my hair once a year in august when school starts...I'm going to be in marching band this year and when it starts it is 100+ degrees. When I sweat my hair gets curly again.What can I do to help my hair from getting poofey and curly.

I have 20minutes to do this before school starts....well more like 15 helppp!!!!

I also have curly hair. Gentle Treatment is in name only. I switched to Olive Oil Perm. The difference is amazing. My hair grows extremely fast, I find it is best every 3 or 4 months if your hair grows relatively fast. The conditioner which is included in the box is also excellent. It leaves your hair soft and very easy to manage. Also, watch the strength of perm you use. They come in gentle, regular, and super. According to your grade of hair, you must choose the appropriate strength. I use regular if gentle is not available and leave it in less time. Gentle treatment does not mean gentle strength!

One night when you get the time flat iron it and then in the morning if you think you need to go over it then do so.

well right now you cant do anything but straighten it but there is one thing i know what you can do later. go to a japanese hair salon and get your hair chemically straightened it is a little bit expensive but it will stray striaght with no fizzz for atleast 3-6 months.

k well, you could go to the salon and get your hair professionally straightened with a straight perm or purchase the at home kit at any drug store. Follow up with a de-frizz serum and a flat iron.

Well you could get it permed straight by a professional hair dresser. This will last about half a year but why want it straight? you dint want your hair to be poofey i understand that, but there are so many products to buy that can help, why don't you mouse your curls this keeps your hair under control, whilst giving your hair a smooth wavy or curly affect that looks natural. But if your truly unhappy try perming or buying humidity spray and keep your hair coverd from UV rays to keep it in its best condition buy wearing a hat or head scarf bandanna etc this is a great way to accessoriize too.
