Should i wear my hair wet and crinkly with a head band or flipped out for my semi formal dance/?

it depends...I don't know what your face shape is like...so I'd go with flipped out (straighten it then maybe a cute flip?)

definately not crinkly and wet with a head band. any kind of dance you attend you should look nice especially if there are pictures going to be taken you don't want your kids in 20 or 30 years to look back and laugh at you. Believe me i have had it happen lol. make it look nice !!! have fun at your dance

Wear your hair flipped out, looks way better than wet, crinkly hair. hands down.
