My daughter is 6 months and has a lot of hair but it's thickest and longest on the left side in the front and back. The right is a little sparce. I am letting her bangs grow becuase I used to have them when I was young and I hated it. When you get older they are such a pain to grow out so I'm letting them grow out with the rest of her hair. However they've gotten pretty long and so has all of her other hair. I can put it in one pony on to of her head like pebbles from the flinestones I can put it on the left side in a pony or I can also make it into two very small piggy tails on top of her head. She hates headbands, so there not an option. What else can I do with it to keep it up and out of her face? It will hold small hair bands clips and bows so they are all options. Im just sick of the 3 same thing for the last 4 months! Any suggestions pics web sites?

Have you tried non slip baby girl hair clips? They are light weight and soft on babies heads. All she need is a few strands, and they clip in and stay all day. Also work great in toddlers hair too. She won't even know she is wearing one. I have lots of choices to choose from.

Wow, that much hair at 6 months? I wish my daughter had that much, then people would stop asking if she's a boy or a girl (even though she is almost ALWAYS in pink or purple!!). You can clip her bangs over to the side with a small clip or bow, just make sure it's not something she can swallow. Anyways, I think you named most of the hair do's available with her hair length. Good luck :)

I love it when little babies wear the pebbles pony, it's cute. You could swoop it to the side with a little hair clip our do a baby bouffant... Have a Campbell's day.

My daughter is 12 months and has had a full head of hair from day 1. I also do the Pebbles look, pigtails, and headbands. I've also tried the one ponytail in the back but I cannot get her to sit still long enough to do it. The headbands - keep working with her on it. My daughter hated them at that age too, she would always pull them off. Now, she could care less. I usually gel her hair up too and then put it in the headband. She has very curly hair, it looks so cute!
