Does anyone know how to make cloth hair clips ?

I've got baby fine hair and would like to learn how to make cloth over the twisting metal bands so I could put my hair up and off my neck.

I've tried to find those metal bands on the internet but no luck.

Does anyone know what type I'm wanting ?

i'm a hair stylist and i think the product you want is called Hair Twisters and there is a patent, therefore I think there is a law that states no one can put up instructions without fear of getting nabbed.
